Job description
Heat Pumps Engineer required to work in the office.
Based in Newcastle, salary up to c£50k+car+bonus.

THE ROLE
* Working from the office, you'll be providing technical support and advice to customers to include installers, service engineers and home owners.
* You'll be liaising with clients over the phone, via email and video calls to offer solutions at install, commissioning and service stages.
* With access and full product training on their portfolio of equipment, plus controls, you'll become a product expert and aid internal staff with any help or advice as required.
* Working closely with their field engineers, you'll ensure customers' queries are responded to efficiently and successfully.
* Liaising with internal departments to include enquiries for sales, warranties, spare parts and logistics for equipment to be sent out to customers.
* Excellent opportunity of growth within the division, offering a leadership role over time as the department grows.
THE PERSON
* We're seeking an engineer with a strong working knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps, principally into the domestic and residential sectors.
* Previous experience could include install or service engineer or from the office in a technical and related role.
* As an engineer, you'll be comfortable and be seeking an office-based role.
THE PACKAGE
A basic salary in the c£45-50k bracket, with car/allowance and bonus.
25 days holiday, healthcare and extra benefits on offer.
THE LOCATION
Based in the office near to Newcastle.
Ideally seeking engineers living within a short commute of the city.
