Heating Design Engineer, Leeds based up to £45k
Please read on if you are:
* Looking to become a technical & product specialist on heat-pumps and heating led enquiries from the office.
* Wanting to develop in a major manufacturer, constantly investing.
* Seeking ongoing career opportunities amongst the group.
THE ROLE
* Supporting the group with technical advice, support and solutions for customer projects around commercial heat pumps and boilers.
* Liaising with consultants, installers and the groups sales engineers, to understand the project scope, work from drawings and specifications to allow you to propose a solution.
* Assessing designs to select units and systems, focused on heating equipment and controls.
* Work with the internal sales team to create a technical quote, based on your recommendations and technical information provided.
THE PERSON
ESSENTIAL:
* Proven technical ability and product experience in commercial heating, boilers and/or commercial heat pump projects, ideally with designing solutions.
* Excellent communication skills to work closely with their customers and support internal teams.
DESIRABLE:
* Building Services experience gained working as a design engineer, project engineer or applications/pre-sales engineer in HVAC preferred.
* You could also come from a Service/Install Engineering background, with a wish to move into the office.
THE PACKAGE
A basic salary in the £35-45k bracket, pending experience and track record.

THE LOCATION
Based a few miles outside of Leeds.
Suitable locations include: Leeds, Wakefield, Pontefract, Castleford, Barnsley, Bradford and surrounding areas.
Please note this is an office based position, with potential of some home working once fully trained.
