HVAC Technical Manager, based in the Worcester, Hereford, Gloucester catchment area. 
£55k+car+bonus+excellent benefits package.

THE ROLE:
3 main areas as follows:
* Training. You'll be providing product training courses for installers and internal staff plus developing and improving content on existing and new products.
* Technical Support. Supporting sales and customers directly to provide product information, design and system advice, review specifications and manage quotations to your clients.
* After-Sales Management. Supporting customers during installation and commissioning phase, warranties, product information.

THE PERSON
Essential:
* A strong heating technical background, ideally qualified and experienced in the industry within design, applications, training or after-sales.  
* Ability to deliver training. Though experience not necessarily required, you'll be a strong and confident communicator.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of heat pump products an advantage.
* Flexible to travel to support customers as required.

THE PACKAGE
A basic salary up to c£55k, pending on background and experience.
New company car offered, bonus approx c£5k.

THE LOCATION
Based on-site in the clients office, to include travel to customer sites as required.
Suitable locations include Worcester, Malvern, Ledbury, Hereford, Tewksbury, Cheltenham, Gloucester.
