Then have a look at this Business Development Manager job for a highly innovative HVAC manufacturer passionate about sustainability and carbon reduction in the South London, Guildford, Southampton, Dartford, and Slough area. Basic to £55K, depending on experience, monthly commission to £15K p.a. - uncapped (yr 1).

This business invests substantially in new products on a regular basis and has a passion for excellence in aesthetic design. 

THE ROLE - Business Development Manager

The role is to generate specifications for their great range of commercial HVAC products with the M&E Consultants (90%) and M&E Contractors (10%). 
You'll have time each week to do your admin, and support from the office with lead generation and quotes which are done for you. The role is focused more on hunting down new projects, however there is an element of account management with the role. You'll have a great manager who has done the role successfully as a ASM. 

THE PERSON - Business Development Manager

Essential:
They're looking for someone who has:
1. Sales experience in the construction industry
2. Experience of the specification process with contacts with M&E Consultants, but specification selling into other customers will also be considered.  
3. A dynamic, keen, positive, resilient approach to winning new business.
4. Excellent ability to forge relationships and entertain customers as there will be lots of entertaining in this role. 

THE PACKAGE - Business Development Manager
Basic to £55K depending on experience
Commission uncapped - worth c £15p.a., paid monthly. 
Excellent company car.
