Trainee Recruitment Consultants

- Salary: Basic up to £26K + commission (1st-year OTE £32K).

The Role
You’ll start as a Resourcer, assisting experienced recruiters with:
- Searching for candidates and contacting them via phone and email.
- Calling and interviewing potential applicants, matching them to vacancies.
- Writing job descriptions, adverts, and preparing candidates for interviews.
- Generating leads and gathering market intelligence.
- Arranging interviews and supporting the recruitment process.
