Trainee Recruitment Consultants

  • Salary: Basic up to £26K + commission (1st-year OTE £32K).

The Role

You’ll start as a Resourcer, assisting experienced recruiters with:

  • Searching for candidates and contacting them via phone and email.
  • Calling and interviewing potential applicants, matching them to vacancies.
  • Writing job descriptions, adverts, and preparing candidates for interviews.
  • Generating leads and gathering market intelligence.
  • Arranging interviews and supporting the recruitment process.

  • Previous experience in B2B or telephone sales is essential.
