*This client has a low staff turnover because they look after their staff. Examples are: medical insurance for staff and putting staff members on college courses.
*This Sales role is attractive as there is an uncapped commission system where the highest earner is getting £40K per annum (paid quarterly) ontop of their basic in commission payments.
*You'll have a great boss, who will support you technically, and motivate you, but after you've hit your target - your target won't be doubled, he'll discuss a sensible target with you.

*Although this is an established and successful business, the renewables division is new, and offers an opportunity for someone to come in an make their mark on the whole division.
The Role - Residential Renewables Sales Manager
*The Renewables Sales Manager's role is to sell domestic heat pumps to Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Developers, Contractors and Installers.
*As this is a cradle to grave role you'll have to help on the technical side and also be able to negotiate with contractors and installers.
*Once the project has been designed it will be about quoting and securing the order.
The Person - Residential Renewables Sales Manager
*Domestic Renewables product knowledge.
*Contacts in Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Developers and Contractors and Installers.
*This is a technical sales role where you will be expected to help and advise on design and selection.
*A proven track record in new business sales over a sustained period of time (3 years).
The Package - Residential Renewables Sales Manager
Basic to £65K - depending on experience
Commission c 10K - £40K depending on performance
Company car (BMW 330e, Tesla level) or opt out
