Heat Pumps Trainer, Near Maidstone, c£44k+car

* An experienced Heating Engineer who'd love to train?

* Wanting to help & develop installers and service engineers with the latest heat pump technology?

Then this role is for you!

Job Role: 
* Conducting training courses 3-4 days a week out of a high class training centre.
* Teaching engineers on heat pump products; how they work, the components, how they're installed and serviced.
* Overseeing & developing training content as required.

 Background required:
* Previous training or assessing experience is great but not essential 
* If you've supervised, mentored or trained young engineers, then that would work well.
* Experience and understanding of air source heat pumps would be desirable but not essential.
* We're keen to speak to boiler engineers too, with some working knowledge of heat pumps; either as an installer, service engineer or supervisor.
* Full driving licence required.

The Package
Basic salary up to approx c£44k
Hybrid car or car allowance.

The Location
Based in the training centre near to Maidstone in Kent.
You'll ideally be based within a short commute. 
Occasional travel and stop-overs and will include working away for training in your initial induction period.
