Job description

Area Sales Manager for an innovative manufacturer of Air Handling Units based in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds area, basic to £60K, bonus to £30K. 

THE COMPANY
An innovative manufacturer of Air Handling Units with the very latest in technology with a great range, low GWP's for their heat pump AHU range, and an excellent remote control offering. 

THE ROLE
This role would suit someone who likes to run projects from cradle to grave and have full autonomy in the role.
Identifying leads and selecting and winning specifications. You do your own selections and quotes, and then follow up with the M&E Contractor to win the order.
Providing CPDs and other presentations to customers to build awareness. 
Being a point of contact for contractors with any delivery or service issues. Working with others in the company to resolve issues. 

THE PERSON
A proven new business track record
Experience of selling Ventilation or Air Conditioning products
Good relationships with either M&E Consultants or M&E Contractors. 

THE PACKAGE
Basic to £60K dependent on experience. 
Bonus to £30K - dependant on performance.
Car / Opt out. 
Pension

LOCATION
To cover the North of Englands focused on the M62 area, relevant locations: Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bradford.
