Are your company's products not keeping pace with the market? Would you prefer to work for a highly innovative company spending over £60m p.a. on R&D?  We're looking for an Area Sales Manager required for a leading HVAC manufacturer covering Northern Ireland and within commuting distance to Belfast. Basic to £56K bonus to £14K.

THE ROLE

* To sell a market leading and broad range of commercial heating and cooling products to consultants (10%), M&E contractors (50%) and distributors (40%).

* Updating their CRM system with latest project info. Project tracking is a major part of the role. 

* Keeping aware of the market and customer trends.

* Identify leads, and converting them to orders. 

THE PERSON

Essential experience: 

1. Significant sales experience of sales into distribution and contracting channels in the construction markets. Would consider people with experience of Service Engineer roles, or Residential Sales (B2B). 

2. Well organised and used to planning your time effectively.

4. Good IT skills and experience of CRM systems. 

THE PACKAGE

Basic up to £56K depending on experience 

Uncapped Bonus – potential to earn in excess of £15k.
