* Keen to become a product expert within a niche area of HVAC?
* Wanting to continue as a Sales Manager or perhaps make the transition into sales from a projects/design based role?

THE ROLE
* Working from home, you'll be liaising with spending customers and approved accounts, typically major construction contractors, M&E consultants & installers.
* Tracking pipeline and potential new opportunities with additional customers with regular contact.
* Through developing relationships with your clients from visits, teams and regular calls.
* You'll be assisting them with their projects, providing technical advice and support, proposing solutions with the aim of become specified on the projects.
* Presenting quotations with technical info and data - supported via an internal technical team, through to receipt of order.
* As this is a technical ventilation product, you'll become a product expert to advise and consult with your customers.
THE PERSON
Essential:
* Excellent communication skills required, plus the desire to become a sales engineer if it's a career move into sales you're after.
* Flexible approach to your working week - you'll be on the road most likely 3 days a week and sometimes at short notice.
* Full driving licence required.
Desirable:
* You'll have a proven track record in HVAC and/or construction/engineering sales OR
* You'll be a design or project engineer in HVAC or mechanical building services who's keen to get on the road and transition into sales.
* A degree or HNC in an engineering related subject is preferred but not essential.
THE PACKAGE
A basic salary in the c£38-47k bracket, pending on background and experience in HVAC and sales.
A company car (or allowance) is offered, with full electric available to order after your initial training period.
Performance based bonus around £10-12k plus healthcare.
THE LOCATION
You'll be visiting customers throughout Yorkshire and the North East.
Ideally you'll be living on patch.
Suitable cities include: Sheffield, Bradford, Leeds, York, Hull, Middlesborough, Sunderland, Newcastle.
