Job description
HVAC Applications Engineer, based Manchester or Surrey, c£40-52k+car allowance & bonusAre you:
* Keen to work for a leading HVAC manufacturer & be part of a supportive team?
* Looking to get involved in both Cooling & renewable heating projects?
THE ROLE
* Providing applications and pre-sales design support to customers.
* Liaising with external customers and the external sales team over email, phone and occassional visits.
* Providing design engineered solutions for air conditioning and heat pump products in particular.
* Use of in-house selection software to aid producing tender documents and quotations.
* Assist and advice customers on technical & commercial matters as required.
THE PERSON
Essential:
Experience of air conditioning and/or renewable heating design.
Ability to produce technical solutions and quotations for customers.
Desirable:
Previous manufacturing experience preferred but you could come from an M&E contractor or consulting engineering background in project design/estimation.
Good working knowledge of VRF preferred but full product training will be given.
THE PACKAGE
Basic up to c£52k, car allowance, company bonus, 25 days holiday.
THE LOCATION
Ideally you'll be based near to Manchester or Surrey to be near to the office.
Hybrid working available, usually 3 & 2 split once trained.
